Ryanair Set to Exit Turkish Market as 2027 Flights Disappear from Schedule

Irish low-cost carrier Ryanair appears to be preparing to withdraw from the Turkish market after excluding all Türkiye routes from its summer 2027 flight schedule. No flights are currently available for booking on the airline’s five routes serving Bodrum and Dalaman, raising questions about the future of its operations in the country.

The affected routes include Dublin–Bodrum, London Stansted–Bodrum, Dublin–Dalaman, London Stansted–Dalaman, and Bratislava–Dalaman. With no Türkiye services currently listed for the summer 2027 season, Ryanair’s potential exit from the market has drawn attention. However, the airline has not officially confirmed that it is ending its operations in Türkiye.

Previous Efforts to Maintain Ryanair Flights

The future of Ryanair’s Turkish routes had already been uncertain amid rising operating costs and the airline’s requests for additional support. Tourism representatives in Bodrum previously held talks with Ryanair management to secure the continuation of flights, while discussions involving Milas-Bodrum and Dalaman airports were also reported to be underway.

Despite these efforts, the absence of Türkiye routes from Ryanair’s summer 2027 schedule suggests that the airline may be moving toward suspending its services to the country, pending an official announcement.
